PRICING
2020 prices will remain the same as the previous year, and are as follows.
Pay as you go, each Games Day
• Single, pay as you go - $5
• Knight, pay as you go - $5 (one month free, the month you pay for your $20 Knighthood)
• Family, pay as you go - $12 (Immediate family only, no upper limit)
Pay for the year, January deadline
• Knight, per year - $65 (includes Knighthood fee; get 2 free months, 1 by paying for their Knighthood, and another for paying for the year)
• Family, per year - $120 (one month free, must list all family members at time of payment)
Please note: For yearly payments, we will only accept them through January's Games Day (so December 2019 or January 2020). After January, all members not on a yearly payment program will pay as you go each month. If you can't make either December's or January's Games Day, you can always pay via PayPal. Please e-mail me, with your yearly payment preference, for an invoice.
The listed payments are the only ones offered, and can't be combined with any other offer, so no yearly Knight families for instance.
For yearly payments, we will accept cash or credit cards at the December and January Games Days. Also, yearly payees will receive a special badge to wear each Games Day, instead of a wrist band. This badge will be yours to take home each month, and will be your responsibility to bring to each Games Day. Lost badges will be replaced for a $2 fee.
Family is your immediate family, e.g. husband/wife/domestic partner, your/his/her kids.
Speaking of kids, all children 12 and under, that are capable of playing the types of games we typically play (say 6 years old), are free to attend Games Day with a paying adult. The Adult must stay at Games Day with the child, but not necessarily play the same games. Please use your discretion when bringing your children to Games Day. We want to encourage families to play games together, but this is not a 100% child-proof event. Adult language/humor may be used by some attendees, most likely not at the same game your child is playing, but within ear-shot. Please be respective of other gamers, and ask if it's OK for your child to play a particular game with them - don't expect the answer to always be yes.
Any questions, please ask.
Thanks,
