I spoke with the Holy Family Manor about the top level of the parking garage being closed last month.  It gets closed if there is a heavy snowfall and they are worried about snow load.  If it is closed on a Games Day, please park in any legal spot, but leave the spots right in front of the Manor open, the ones closest to the covered walkway.  Those spots are for family visitors.  There are plenty of spots around he first building.
