My wife and I are going to GenCon this year (my second her first) and have some space available in our room at the embassy suites. Our reservation is for Wednesday night through Sunday Night (checkout monday morning).
It is a two doubles room with a small common area (and fold out couch).
The room is designed for up to six people so we have room for up to four more (and would like to get at least two to cut down on the costs).
If any one is interested please let me know.
Also we have a van that can comfortably seat six if anyone wants to carpool. (Tentative plan is to leave by early afternoon on Wednesday and depart the hotel around 10:00 on Monday.)
