The new rules have been released!  (There is a seperate thread on this)

Don,

How will this effect the league?

Deseart of Desolation cards will be out later this month, and night belw in a month or 2 and April will have the new starter sets!

Just wondering

The release will not affect the current season.  Maybe next season we'll adopt the new format.  We'll need some time to absorb the new rules, and break old habits.

Thanks,

I won't be at Games Day on Saturday, and I spoke with Jim L. about organizing the league games for this month.

Same format as last month.

I feel your pain, brother.
For me, it's my whole house... not just the kitchen.

Do you actually work on yours though?  I usually just say I'm going to, and then I drink beer and play XBox.

I will be there tomorrow.  I will bring my maps as well, since we usually we use Da King's.

I will also have a fex extra warbans for newcomers and such.

So, I Guess that the D&D minis tourney will be postponed due to the funeral this month?

I never posted the results from last month, so here goes...

Pastor Mark 2-0
Me (Jim) 1-1
Pastor Mark's kid (I forget his name) - 0-2

While I like the No-Rares thing, with the same folks participating each month it's getting a little stale.

Also I am itching to try the new rules.  Bill & Walts downtown has the Starters and boosters in but I havn't picked any up yet.

Yeah, no D&D minis this month.

I do agree with you.  Last year we had way more players than this year, which kept the match-ups interesting.

We'll talk about it on Saturday.

I just saw that Formula De was moved back to 6PM so I will have some time before then if anyone wants to get a pickup game in.

I've been actually looking at the new rules and still am debating whether or not to take the plunge.

Well, it looks like the Season 2 league has fizzled out.

I'll purchase some of the new minis, and distribute them per the current league standings.  This will happen at Games Day this month.  If you can't make Games Day, I'll hold them for you.

Thanks,
